Filed, not chased.
Vatoora connects the systems a business already runs to the tax authority, and keeps every invoice and receipt compliant without anyone having to file it.
Connect the tills you already run. Vatoora reads each transaction, builds the compliant document, submits it, and keeps the response against the record. Rejections come back with the field that failed.

Three steps, then it runs.
Connect
Link your company to the tax authority once, plug your USB token into the office PC, and add your branches and points of sale.
Send
Type invoices in, import them from a spreadsheet, or let your ERP push them. Vatoora signs, sends, and keeps the official copy.
Stay in control
Every status, every deadline, every received invoice screened, every decision one click away, with alerts where you are.
Invoices for your business customers. Receipts for the counter.
Vatoora e-Invoice
Invoices, credit notes and debit notes for your business customers, signed on your own token and tracked to the authority’s final answer.
- Full document types with the links between an invoice and its notes
- Item catalogue with official codes and multiple taxes per line
- Cancel within the window, and answer a buyer’s rejection in time
Vatoora e-Receipt
Receipts from every till in every branch, sent as the authority expects, without slowing the cashier down.
- Each point of sale registered and sending its own receipts
- Selling continues when the internet drops; receipts go out later
- Head office sees which tills are sending and which are falling behind

Know what your suppliers send you before you pay it.
Most tools only send. Vatoora also brings in the invoices issued to your company, checks each one, and shows you the time you have left to act.
Shell-company screening
Every received invoice is checked against the tax authority’s published list of shell companies, kept up to date centrally, and against your own private list of registration numbers.
Duplicate detection
Catch the same invoice sent twice: same number and amount, same amount on the same day, or a rule you write yourself. A new rule runs silently first and reports what it would have flagged.
Reject in time
The rejection deadline sits on every invoice. Choose per rule whether Vatoora tells you, asks you, or rejects automatically — automatic rejection pauses itself if it fires too often in an hour.
You hear about it four ways: inside the dashboard, by e-mail instantly or as a daily summary, as browser notifications even when the dashboard is closed, and on WhatsApp from your company’s own number to the people you choose.
Every branch, one ledger.
Invoices and notes
Invoices, credit notes and debit notes, with the reference links between an original and its notes.
Catalogue with official codes
Your products carry their official codes; pick from the catalogue instead of retyping.
Several taxes per line
Value added, table, stamp and the other tax types on one line, computed the way the authority checks them.
Receipts from every till
Each point of sale is registered with the authority and sends its own receipts.
Selling never stops
When the internet drops, receipts wait at the till and go out automatically once the connection is back.
Live view of every branch
See which tills are sending, which are behind, and where refused receipts are coming from.
Shell-company screening
Received invoices checked against the authority’s list and your own, before anyone approves a payment.
Duplicates caught
Several rules at once, with a side-by-side comparison of the two documents.
Deadline reminders
A reminder before the rejection window closes on anything still undecided.
One connection to keep
A documented API and webhooks, so your ERP is told the moment a document changes.
Many companies, one login
Switch between companies without logging out; roles decide who may issue, sign, cancel or reject.
Signing stays with you
A small application signs on the USB token on your own PC, for every company whose token is present.
Connect once. Stay connected.
Build the connection once against a test company, then let it run. Your customers keep their own token and their own PC.
- A documented API for issuing invoices and reading back status, official numbers and received invoices.
- A test company first. Try every call and see the exact reply before you write production code.
- Webhooks with a delivery log so your system knows when a document is accepted, refused, cancelled or rejected.
- Dry-run validation to check amounts and taxes against the rules before an invoice is issued.
- Signing handled at the customer’s PC — you never touch a certificate.
The result comes straight back to your system.
Written for the people who do this work here.
- Arabic and English across the dashboard, the notifications and the manual.
- The tax authority’s own terms for windows, permits, notes, currencies and taxes.
- Egypt time everywhere, so a deadline means what you think it means.
- Deadlines shown on the document, not guessed at.
- A step-by-step manual inside the dashboard, in both languages.
